KCS collects donor contact information, including name, organization, address, telephone and email address. We may also collect donor financial data, including credit card number, expiration date, security code (CVV) and billing information, solely for the purposes of processing a donation to KCS. Financial information is not retained for any other purposes. KCS will not sell, rent or lease your personal identifiable or financial information. We use your information to complete donor transactions, including donations, respond to requests for information, mailing gift acknowledgments and receipts, news and events at KCS.
Unless donor anonymity is requested, KCS does share the names of donors contributing to memorial funds with family members associated with the accounts. Donors are also recognized in KCS publications.
