Powerful Tools for Caregivers
In this six week class, offered by the Amherst Wilder Foundation, caregivers develop tools to help them: reduce personal stress, change negative talk, communicate more effectively with family members and healthcare or service providers, deal with difficult feelings, recognize the message in their emotions, and make tough caregiving decisions. Senior Program Halloween Party
Pumpkins, skeletons, candy and Keystone Seniors dressed in creative costumes; it must be Halloween.
