Each year the Oneida Scholarship Fund offers grants to adults living in St. Paul's West Seventh neighborhood who need financial help with a post-secondary education. Keystone Community Services administers the scholarships. Applications are available and must be submitted no later than February 28, 2019. Through the application, recipients demonstrate financial need, contributions to the community, clear educational goals, and capacity to be successful.
