Keystone Community Services programs help youth develop the tools they need to become successful adults.

Keeping Youth Connected

Keystone’s youth programs – Community Kids, Teen Tutor Program, Best Buy Teen Tech Center, and Teen Employment Program – help youth build confidence and competence to succeed in school, at home and in their community.

  • Community Kids facilitates growth in all developmental areas: cognitive, social-emotional and physical.
  • The Teen Tutor Program offers young people opportunities in a unique setting in which trained teenagers work and provide academic support to younger youth.
  • The Best Buy Teen Tech Center offers a space for young people develop passions and practice skills that will prepare them for the future.
  • Teen Employment Program creates and shapes opportunities that develop their leadership, employment and entrepreneurial potential.

WHAT: Homework help, math, reading, science, STEM, social skills, & more!

WHEN: June 16 – August 8, Monday – Friday from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Closed: June 19th, June 20th, and July 4th

WHERE: West 7th Community Center, 265 Oneida St, St. Paul, MN 55102

WHO: Youth entering grades 1-9 Fall 2025
