We use this information to contact individuals via telephone, email and mail to respond to inquiries and request for information, register for programs and events, and share KCS news, publications and additional resources of interest. Email Addresses – KCS collects email addresses from those that create Online User accounts, subscribe to emails and publications, register for services and events, and request resources. KCS may use your email to send you emails from KCS, including requested information and resources, KCS news and updates, publications and event information. Mailing Addresses – KCS collects mailing addresses of those that register for services and events, request information and resources or make donations. KCS may send via mail from KCS, including requested information and resources, publications and event information. Donor Privacy

Keystone Community Services (KCS) is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors. Our privacy policy is designed to ensure our donors know the way information is collected and shared. KCS donor information is not shared with any third party.

Information Collected

KCS collects donor contact information, including name, organization, address, telephone and email address. We may also collect donor financial data, including credit card number, expiration date, security code (CVV) and billing information, solely for the purposes of processing a donation to KCS. Financial information is not retained for any other purposes. KCS will not sell, rent or lease your personal identifiable or financial information. We use your information to complete donor transactions, including donations, respond to requests for information, mailing gift acknowledgments and receipts, news and events at KCS.

Unless donor anonymity is requested, KCS does share the names of donors contributing to memorial funds with family members associated with the accounts.  Donors are also recognized in KCS publications. Donors may avoid unwanted mail by opting out of any mailings from KCS and discontinue contact by contacting KCS Administrator at or 651-645-0349.

Information Security

KCS is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, KCS has safeguards in place to secure the information we collect online. While we strive to protect the information we collect, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so KCS cannot guarantee absolute security.

Financial Data Security

KCS does not disclose credit card or bank account information provided by its website users. When users choose to pay by credit card, KCS submits this information directly to a secure credit card processor. Credit card and bank account information is not retained.

Third Party Uses

KCS does not make personally identifiable information including email addresses available to third parties. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.


KCS takes photographs during public events and solicits photographs from our participants, volunteers, visitors, employees and board members and occasionally selects quality photographs for distribution via this website, social media, or other means.  Photographs are taken in public settings during public events.
