Bhavani Kashyap, Ph.D., from the HealthPartners Center for Memory & Aging led an insightful discussion about the differences between normal aging and Alzheimer’s disease.
Dr. Bhavani shared factors that increase or decrease risk for memory loss with aging and shared local research in the area of healthy brain aging. More than 25 participants from Keystone’s Senior Program enjoyed learning about the role stress and inflammation play in disease and cognitive health.
