Keystone Community Services announces the availability of scholarships for adult learners, ages 18+, who are residents of the West 7th neighborhood of St. Paul. These funds are from money that remained after the closing of the Oneida Education Center that once operated in the West 7th area. Saint Paul Foundation currently provides financial management of the fund.

Between one to three individual grants ranging from $1,000 to $4,000 will be made to those chosen by the selection committee. Grants must be used towards a certificate or degree granting post-secondary education or training program and/or expenses that will enable the adult learner to pursue education or training. Funds will be paid directly to the school or vendors for directly related expenses such as tuition, books, bus passes, child-care, etc. or to the student on a reimbursement basis with appropriate receipts for those expenses.
