T’ai Chi for Everyone

Come and learn the Eight Methods Ch’i-kung, which are easy to learn and fun to do. Cheryl Powers, Assistant Director at Great River T’ai Chi in Minneapolis, will guide you through this four-week class, which is especially good for people looking to improve circulation, strengthen their legs and develop greater balance and stability. Class is being coordinated by the St. Paul Public Library. 

***Space limited – 20 people per class

Time: 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Dates: Thursdays – November 18, December 2, 9 and 16
